A guided meditation series on the mindfulness of breathing
安般念,又稱入出息念,是一種極為殊勝的禪修方法,是佛教最具代表性的禪修⽅法之⼀。安般念適合多數人修習,並且容易入門。其殊勝之處在於,它是少數同時培養⽌(奢摩他)與觀(毗婆舍那)的⽅法之⼀,如在四念住、十六特勝等中的完整次第修法。
Ānāpānasati, also known as mindfulness of the in‑ and out‑breath, is a highly regarded and representative meditation practice in Buddhism. It is suitable for most people and easy for beginners to start. What makes it particularly special is that it is one of the few practices that cultivate both samatha (serenity) and vipassanā (insight), as presented in the complete sequential training outlined in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and the Sixteen Steps [of Mindfulness of Breathing].
本課程共六節,循序引導學員系統掌握安般念的理論與實修步驟。課程內容涵蓋 調身、調息、調心,以呼吸為專注對象,透過階段性練習,逐步培養專注力與覺知力,並達到身心輕鬆、專注的狀態。
This six-session course guides participants step by step through both the theory and practice of Ānāpānasati. The course covers adjusting the body, the breath, and the mind, using the breath as the object of attention. Through gradual practice, participants develop mindfulness and awareness while experiencing a relaxed and focused state of body and mind.

課程注意事項:
- 請自備瑜伽墊或方墊、打坐蒲團及大毛巾.課堂為 水泥地面,使用瑜伽墊或方墊可增加舒適感。Please bring a yoga mat or floor cushion, a meditation pillow, and a large towel. The classroom has a concrete floor, so using a mat or cushion will make sitting more comfortable.
- 為了護念自己與他人,若您目前有 嚴重或未受控制的身心健康狀況(如嚴重高血壓、糖尿病、心臟病、嚴重憂鬱症),建議暫緩報名,待身心穩定後再參加課程。For your safety and the well-being of others, if you have serious or uncontrolled physical or mental health conditions (e.g., severe hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, major depression), please postpone registration until your condition is stable.
- 建議全程出席,不遲到、不早退,以維持學習連貫性。We recommend attending the full session, arriving on time, and staying until the end to ensure a continuous and smooth learning experience.
- 上課期間請將手機調成 飛行模式或靜音模式,保持課堂安靜祥和。Please set your mobile phone to airplane mode or silent mode during class to maintain a calm and quiet environment.
